Refund policy

Here at bumble bloom, we put everything we have into making the best quality products we can and getting them to you safe and sound so you can enjoy them in the comfort of your own home (or in your car, on a boat, at the beach, wherever you want really).

Sometimes things don't go according to plan. So we offer a 30-day refund policy, beginning on the date your bumble bloom products ship to you.

The three scenarios covered by this policy are:

  1. Damaged during shipping 
  2. Wrong product 
  3. Product defect

To qualify for a refund, you'll need to do the following:

  1. Within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, take photographs to back up your refund claim. If damaged during shipping, be sure to take pictures in the original packaging. If we sent you the wrong product, send us a photo of the product we sent, along with a copy of your original order confirmation. If you discover a product defect, please describe it and take pictures.
  2. Write us an email to, quoting your order reference number, and telling us the reason for your claim.
  3. Tell us if you prefer a refund, exchange, or a replacement.
  4. Keep a copy of your email to us, just in case.

What we'll do:

  1. Review the photos and other documentation you provide.
  2. If everything makes sense, we'll do one of the following:
  • Send you a replacement product, OR
  • Post a refund, less shipping charges, to the original method of payment

Where applicable, credits to credit card accounts will be issued anywhere from 1-2 weeks from the time your refund request is received.
